Event Description:
Join our 8 week program and start training for a 5K! Have fun while getting in shape with our coach to 5k program.  Exercise coaches will be with you every step of the way! Classes meet weekly on Tuesday evenings staring at 6:00pm at the Northern Physical Therapy Clinc located at 870 E. Superior St.
