A Night of Elegance

Members are invited to attend this evening of celebration as we gather for our annual year-end gala.
6:00pm: Social hour w/ appetizers
7:00pm: Dinner Buffet Consisting of: Chicken Chardonnay and Almond Crusted Whitefish. Served with the main entrees will be wild rice, broccoli, a house salad, rolls and assorted deserts. Beverages include coffee, soft drinks and tea.
After dinner, Bob Jacquart, CEO of Jacquart Fabrics - Home of the famous Stormy Kromer hats, will present on Growing Stormy Kromer in the Upper Penninsula. When the presentation concludes, we will announce three prestigious awards that will be presented to outstanding chamber members in the following categories: Community Service, Business of the Year, and President's Choice.

Bob Jacquart, CEO Jacquart Fabric Products
Bob Jacquart is the Chief Executive Officer of Jacquart Fabric Products, based in Ironwood, Michigan. At the age of 19, Bob began his journey with the company. Jacquart Manufacturing started as a canvas repair and small custom bag business. When Bob became the manager, there was just one other employee. Bob began expanding the company and in 1983 he changed the name to Jacquart Fabric Products. Today, the company is thriving in an 80,000 square foot facility in the Western part of the upper peninsula and ship their products internationally.
