A Night of Elegance

6:00pm - 9:00pm
Members are invited to attend this evening of celebration as we gather for our annual year-end gala.
6:00pm: Social hour w/ appetizers
7:00pm: Dinner Buffet Consisting of: Chicken Marsala, Honey Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Wild Rice and Steamed Green Beans. Served with the main entrees will be a house salad, rolls and assorted deserts. Beverages include coffee, soft drinks and tea.
After dinner, David Casterline, Chief Culture Officer of StructureTec Group, will present on how "We're Building People, Not Companies." When the presentation concludes, we will announce three prestigious awards that will be presented to outstanding chamber members in the following categories: Community Service, Business of the Year, and President's Choice.

David Casterline, Chief Culture Officer
StructureTec Group
David Casterline is currently the Chief Culture Officer at StructureTEC Group and Vice President of Advancement at CBRT. For over 30 years, Casterline has served in corporate America senior-level leadership roles. His background also includes three years in health care administration. He's currently the Chairman of the Ethics Advisory Board for the Michigan Colleges Alliance (MCA) and also serves on MCA's Executive Board of Trustees. He's also served in board capacities for the Three Rivers Area Chamber of Commerce; Glen Oaks Community College Foundation Board; Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority Economic Vitality Committee; and has been active with the Wes Leonard Heart Team and the Three Rivers Rotary Club. Casterline earned the distinction of being named an Adrian College Institute for Ethics Fellow in 2013.
For several years, Casterline has spoken to and advised various companies, colleges and groups on the importance of building up people in the work environment. It's all about treating people in the same manner you wish to be treated and doing the right thing. As leaders, it's vital to create a culture that inspires growth, creativity and strong ethics - all of which are at the forefront of long-term success. "We're Building People Not Companies" is his concise message.
