About Congressman Huizenga:

Congressman Bill Huizenga is a fiscal and social conservative who currently represents Michigan‘s 2nd District and is running to represent the newly created 4th District which includes all of Allegan County.
 
Bill is the co-owner of a third-generation sand and gravel operation located in Jenison. As a small business owner, Bill has a deep understanding of the day to day challenges small businesses face in the current environment. In Congress, Bill has a track record of supporting policies that help Michigan small businesses grow, create jobs, and prosper.
 
As Co-Chair of the Great Lakes Task Force, Bill has led the effort to protect, clean up, and strengthen the Great Lakes for future generations. Bill has also been a passionate and vocal leader in the movement to protect life and promote adoption.
 
Lastly, Bill has been a leading voice in adding a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and recently announced his support for the Inflation Prevention Act which is designed to combat Washington’s out of control spending and inflation.
